This policy covers the chairlytics.com website, which is run by MAV Computers LLC. The Chairlytics service that dental practices use (app.chairlytics.com) handles patient information under a Business Associate Agreement signed with each practice, and that agreement governs it, not this page.

What we collect

When you ask for a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, practice name, email address, phone number, practice software, number of locations, and any message. We use it only to contact you about Chairlytics. It is emailed to our team, and we do not sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We may use analytics tools to count visits and see which pages are read. These tools can set cookies in your browser. We do not use them to identify you personally.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we are talking with you about Chairlytics, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, send a request through the form on our homepage and tell us what you need. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
